Financial Assistance for Orphan and Economically Weaker Forward Caste Students

The Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskara Rao Memorial Trust, Pellakuru, Tirupati District, invites applications for the Lalithamma Vidya Vikasa Scholarship 2025-2026. This scholarship is designed to support orphan and economically disadvantaged students from forward caste communities pursuing Intermediate and Professional Degree courses.

Scholarship Benefits

• Scholarship amount: ₹25,000 per selected student
• Total beneficiaries: 120 students
• Available for:
  • 1st Year Intermediate
  • 2nd Year Intermediate
  • 1st Year Professional Degree Courses
  • 2nd Year Professional Degree Courses
  • 3rd Year Professional Degree Courses
  • 4th Year Professional Degree Courses

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Belong to a Forward Caste community.
• Be an Orphan, or from a financially weak family.
• Have secured 60% or above marks in the qualifying examination.
• Be studying in an educational institution located in Andhra Pradesh.
• Belong to Tirupati District or SPSR Nellore District.
• Have an annual family income not exceeding ₹1,20,000.

Selection Preference

Preference will be given in the following order:

1. Orphan students dependent on guardians.
2. Students from single-parent families (Mother).
3. Students from single-parent families (Father).
4. Students whose parents are alive but belong to very poor families.

Applicants must submit:

• SSC Marks Memo
• Aadhaar Card Copy
• Ration Card Copy
• Forward Caste Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Study Certificate
• Fee Receipt / Government Fee Reimbursement Proof
• Certificates of Extra-Curricular Activities (if any)

Important Information

• Preference will be given to students studying in Government Colleges.
• Applications from government employee families are not eligible.
• Recommendations or influence requests will lead to disqualification.
• Physical verification may be conducted to verify the applicant's financial condition.
• The decision of the Scholarship Selection Committee will be final.
