In a heartwarming initiative to promote self-employment and empowerment, Sri Chaganam Gowrishankar, Managing Trustee of the Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust, Pellakuru, Tirupati District, presented a tailoring machine to a hearing and speech-impaired young woman.
The beneficiary successfully completed tailoring training at the Trust’s Skill Development Center in Pellakuru. To help her build a sustainable livelihood and become financially independent, the Trust provided the sewing machine from its welfare funds.
This initiative reflects the Trust’s commitment to empowering differently-abled individuals through skill development, employment opportunities, and social support, enabling them to lead dignified and self-reliant lives.
“Empowering lives through skills, opportunity, and self-reliance.”
