Pellakuru, September 9: The Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust, Pellakuru, is creating employment opportunities for women by providing vocational training and practical skills to help them achieve financial independence.
Through its training initiatives, the Trust supports women in several areas, including tailoring, beautician courses, computer skills, driving and other job-oriented vocational programmes. These courses aim to equip participants with the knowledge and practical experience needed to pursue employment or establish self-employment opportunities.
As part of its skill-development initiative, approximately 300 women who completed various training programmes were awarded certificates at a ceremony held in Nellore.
The trainees expressed their appreciation for the Trust’s support and the guidance of Sri Chaganam Gowrishankar, Managing Trustee. They shared that the training had helped them develop useful skills and opened up opportunities to earn an income and improve their families’ financial well-being.
The Trust encourages women to use their newly acquired skills to build confidence, become economically self-reliant and work towards a better future for themselves and their families.
Through these initiatives, the Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust continues to promote women’s empowerment, vocational education and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
