Nellore: The Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust is helping young people move towards employment and financial independence by providing vocational training and practical skills.
Under the leadership of Sri Chaganam Gowrishankar, Managing Trustee of the Trust, skill-training programmes have been conducted at training centres in areas including Nayudupeta, Srikalahasti, Hossahalli and Buchireddypalem.
As part of these initiatives, approximately 300 candidates who received training in various vocational courses were awarded training completion certificates, recognising their efforts and newly acquired skills.
The programmes aim to equip young people, particularly women, with practical knowledge that can help them secure employment, pursue self-employment and earn a sustainable income. The Trust encourages trainees to use their skills to build confidence, improve their livelihoods and work towards a more secure future.
Through its continued focus on skill development and livelihood support, the Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust is contributing to community empowerment and creating opportunities for aspiring individuals.
