As part of its commitment to public welfare and community development, the Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust, Pellakuru, has constructed and donated a bus shelter at the entrance of Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore.
The bus shelter was built in response to the needs of students, faculty members, university staff, and visitors who regularly use public transportation. The facility provides a safe and comfortable waiting area, protecting commuters from harsh weather conditions such as heat and rain.
The project was undertaken under the guidance of Managing Trustee Sri Chaganam Gowrishankar and coordinated in association with the National Service Scheme (NSS) of Vikrama Simhapuri University.
University authorities, students, and local residents have expressed their appreciation for this valuable contribution, noting that the bus shelter will greatly benefit thousands of commuters visiting the university campus every year.
The Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust continues to actively serve society through initiatives in healthcare, education, skill development, infrastructure development, and community welfare, making a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the region.
