Since its inception in 2020, the Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskara Rao Memorial Trust (Reg. No. 96/2020) has been carrying out a wide range of service activities aimed at improving the lives of rural communities in Tirupati, SPSR Nellore, and surrounding regions.
Each initiative reflects the Trust’s core philosophy —

Free medical and blood testing camps conducted across 1,000+ villages — providing early diagnosis, medicines, and health awareness to thousands of rural families.
