Introduction
The Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskara Rao Memorial Trust (Reg. No. 96/2020) was established in 2020 at Pellakuru, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh, by Shri Chaganam Gowrishankar Garu in loving memory of his parents — Late Shri Bhaskara Rao Garu and Smt. Lalithamma Garu.
The Trust was founded with a single guiding philosophy:
