Nagalapuram: Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust, Pellakuru, organized a Free Eye Medical Camp on Sunday at the local Sai Baba Temple in Nagalapuram, under the auspices of Sri Venkateswara Aravind Nethralaya, Tirupati. The camp was conducted under the supervision of Managing Trustee Sri Chaganam Gowri Shankar and CEO Sri Seetharama Naidu.
During the medical camp, patients were examined by experienced senior specialist doctors. Comprehensive eye check-ups were conducted for the attendees.
As part of the camp services, patients were provided with free medical examinations. Among them, 40 patients received medicines, 35 patients were given free spectacles, and arrangements were made for 36 patients to undergo free eye surgeries, as informed by the Trust representatives.
Trust AO Krishna, staff members of Aravind Nethralaya, temple representatives, and local elders actively participated and supervised the arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the program.
