🏥 Health & Medical Camps

Introduction

Healthcare is the foundation of community well-being. Recognizing the lack of accessible medical facilities in rural Andhra Pradesh, the Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskara Rao Memorial Trust (Reg. No. 96/2020) established its Health & Medical Service Initiative to bring free healthcare to every doorstep.

Since its inception in 2020, the Trust has organized a series of free blood test, diagnostic, and general health camps across Tirupati, SPSR Nellore, and surrounding districts.
Each camp is staffed with qualified doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, and volunteers, ensuring professional care and compassionate service.


Objectives of the Health Initiative

☑️ To identify and treat early-stage illnesses through regular screening.
☑️ To create awareness about hygiene, preventive care, and nutrition.
☑️ To connect patients with hospitals for advanced treatment when required.

Scope of Activities

1. Free Blood Test & Diagnostic Camps

  • Conducted in 27 Mandals covering over 1,070 villages.

  • Includes blood grouping, sugar, hemoglobin, thyroid, and general tests.

  • Helps in early detection of health conditions such as anemia, diabetes, and thyroid disorders.
