Buchireddypalem, February 8: A Free Eye Medical Camp was organized at Ambedkar Bhavan in Buchireddypalem under the leadership of Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskar Rao Memorial Trust.
The camp received an excellent response from the public. A total of 220 patients were examined during the medical camp. Among them, 50 patients were identified for cataract surgeries and referred for further treatment. Additionally, 25 patients were provided with free spectacles, while others received necessary medicines and medical guidance.
The camp was conducted with the support of senior specialist doctors. On this occasion, social activist Gantikota Sudheer Kumar and members of the Aravind Hospital team participated and extended their services.
This initiative reflects the Trust’s continued commitment to serving rural communities with accessible and quality healthcare services.
