A Life Devoted to Service
Born on 12th October 1965, in Pellakuru Village, Tirupati District, Shri Chaganam Gowrishankar Garu belongs to a humble agricultural family of Late Shri Bhaskara Rao Garu and Smt. Lalithamma Garu.
From an early age, he was deeply inspired by his parents’ values of honesty, compassion, and service to others. His mother, known for her kindness and charitable nature, and his father, for his integrity and discipline, became the moral foundation upon which his life and work were built.
After completing his I.T.I. in Civil Trade from Nellore (1983–84), he began his professional journey as a Supervisor in a Contractor Firm near Manchiryal, Singareni Collieries area.
With dedication and hard work, he established his own firm — CH. Gowrishankar Infra Build (India) Pvt. Ltd., which grew to become a successful infrastructure development company.
Despite his professional achievements, his heart always remained close to the underprivileged and the rural communities he came from.
Inspiration Behind the Trust
In memory of his beloved parents, Shri Gowrishankar Garu established the
“Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskara Rao Memorial Trust” in 2020 at Pellakuru Village.
The Trust was founded with a clear mission —
“To serve the needy without expectation, and to bring change through compassion and commitment.”
The Trust operates with the belief that every act of kindness, however small, contributes to the greater good of humanity.
His Vision and Mission
Under his leadership, the Trust focuses on:
☑️ Free medical and eye camps for rural healthcare.
☑️ Establishing Skill Development Centres to empower youth and women.
☑️ Promoting education through scholarships and guidance programs.
☑️ Encouraging environmental protection through tree plantation and awareness.
☑️ Supporting differently-abled persons and vulnerable groups.
☑️ Providing community infrastructure such as benches, water facilities, and funeral support.
His long-term vision includes the creation of a De-Addiction Centre and Lalithamma Seva Sadan — a service home that will provide shelter, rehabilitation, and social care.

A Continuing Legacy
Through his leadership, the Trust has grown to serve thousands of families across Tirupati, SPSR Nellore, and Chittoor districts.
His personal involvement in every project — from eye camps to skill centres and plantation drives — sets a powerful example of hands-on service and transparent administration.
The founder’s guiding principle, “Render services expecting nothing in return,” continues to inspire his team, trustees, and the communities they serve.
