I was born on 12^th October 1965 in Pellakuru, a remote village in the erstwhile Nellore district of AndhraPradesh. My parents, Late Shri Bhaskhararao and Smt. Lalithamma were from agriculture family. I had three sisters. I completed ITI Civil in Nellore during 1983-84, I married to Smt. Varalakshmi in the year 1992 and we are blessed with three daughters Sreevinya, Kavya & Sravya .

After completion of ITI Civil at the age of 18, I started working as a supervisor in a Contractor firm at Manchiryala near Singareni coal mines. Despite my limited formal education, my ambition and hard work led me to start Ch.Gowrishankar Infra Build (India) Pvt.ltd in the year 1989 and gradually I made it a multi millionaire turnover Pvt. Ltd Company.

Right from my school days, I was deeply interested in the welfare of the common man, particularly the farmers, physically challenged, blind people, un educated youth and the down trodden sections of the society. This led to my active involvement in the social activities at a relatively young age. I was immensely inspired by the selfless sacrifice and the principled services of my parents particularly my mother late Smt. Lalithamma

With a service motto of “Render Service – Expect Nothing”, I started Chaganam Lalithamma Bhaskhararao Memorial Trust in the year of 2020 at Pellakuru my native village with modern infrastructure and facilities in the loving memory of my parents. I also involved my family members in the trust committee to continue its existence in future with their true spirit & altruistic services. That is how; I cherished my dream of boyhood into the reality at present. I hope the services rendered by the trust will reach to the needy people for which millions of rupees spent from my own pocket in this divine mission.
